- Select StringyBalls based on the firmness that suits you.
- Slip the cord over your palm.
- Adjust the buckle to allow the ball to be tethered to your palm.
- Join your hands in front of the chest.
- Make sure the balls touch and stay aligned.
- Apply pressure, hold and relax.
- Repeat.
