Back Squeeze



  • Select StringyBalls based on the firmness that suits you.
  • Slip the cord over your palm.
  • Adjust the buckle to allow the ball to be tethered to your palm.
  • Join your hands in front of the chest.
  • Make sure the balls touch and stay aligned.
  • Apply pressure, hold and relax.
  • Repeat.
