Squeeze Ball Exercise Grip Strength

Grip Strength

  • Select a StringyBall based on the firmness that suits you.
  • Slip the cord over your wrist.
  • Adjust the buckle to allow the ball to be tethered to your wrist.
  • Hold the squeeze ball in the space between the thumb and forefinger (Purlicue) and gently squeeze.
  • Hold and relax.
  • Repeat.
