Tight Grip



  • Select a StringyBall based on the firmness that suits you.
  • Slip the cord over your palm.
  • Adjust the buckle to allow the ball to be tethered to your palm.
  • Encircle the ball with your thumb and fingers.
  • Squeeze hard.
  • Hold and relax.
  • Repeat.
